About Me

Evo Seattle explores the collaboration between culture and sport by seamlessly joining fashion, music, art, skiing, and snowboarding. Our aim is to dial into the urban energy surrounding Seattle, and more specifically Fremont while promoting the sports and brands we represent creatively.

Passion for building community is a driving force; nationally with Evogear.com and locally with evo seattle. We are excited about the opportunity to become a community anchor here in an urban setting with diverse groups of people who share common interests. Music events, movie premiers, art exhibitions, slide shows, partnerships and plain providing a great place in a central location are all going to be effective components to build community. It is no mistake that our location is a venue, art gallery, and retail space all wrapped into one.

EVO Ski News: Thursday, October 26, 2006

Hey, what's up everyone...

As you know (or may not know yet) I hate tooting my own horn, but I figure I should let you know that I won a rail (box) jam this past Saturday night at Sturtevant's ski shop in Bellevue, WA (just across Lake Washington from Seattle). It wasn't a huge deal or anything, there were probably 175 people watching, but it was still pretty sweet (the skiing aspect and walking away with 200 bones). An acquaintance of mine filmed the event and made a little edit on newschoolers if you have a few spare moments to take a look (I'm the dude with the green and white striped shirt):

There are a few other edits on there of the same event in the "Edits/Shorts"

section under the "Videos" menu, but that one is the best, I think.

Anyhow, hope all is well with you and yours...

Erich Kunz
