Hi, I'm Jesse and I'm a Board-a-Holic. I have a lust for lines of fresh powder, back country booters and crisply groomed park features. I ride 9 months out of the year including hitting up the glacier at least a couple of times for a summer fix. Every year I go through the layoff/rehab period known as summer/fall, but as soon as the cold air comes back I'm aching for another fix to the point where i can't concentrate until i get it.
I moved to Whistler a year and a half ago and am finally starting to get the hang of this place. I mean what's not to like? I get to work hard and play harder, and even when work has me stressed, a step outside and a breath of mountain air, a ride on my bike or a few hours on my board has me back to feelin' irie. It's rough living in an outdoor playground, it's pretty much like living on vacation.
That said I'm always down with meeting chill like-minded people to ride, party and chat with since you can never have too many good people around you. So if you're in the area or even if you aren't gimme a holler, I won't bite unless provoked :P
Aside from my addiction to shred, my other main vice is that I'm a beat junkie. I'm fond of any music with a good beat, rhythm and soul. Hip hop, Jazz, funk, broken beat, electro, soul, breaks, B-more, Baile, mash-ups, motown, ect, ect - it's all in the crates or on the Serato libraries. I should have some new mixtape biz dropping soon since I've got a whole lot of fresh cuts just waiting to get thrown down.
