Prayer Brings Me Closer

I was with my boyfriend, Jandre with his parents and some of their friends one night and we had dinner. Now as some of you know I am Christian (Moravian) and in South Africa Jandre and his family were and are Presbyterian which is kinda like Moravian. When we sat down to say the table grace, they said it in Afrikaanse (the language they spoke in South Africa). After they got done saying it, Jandre's dad started to say it again in English.  Later I learned he did that for me.. But just a little thing like that made me feel closer to his family.. like they're my second family. Whenever we eat at my house, we pray too. I am very greatful to have such loving and faithful families to come to.. I'm truly blessed and I thank God everyday for all that I have. My boyfriend and I pray together if we ever feel the need to. Praying with him makes me feel closer to him.. and it makes me feel like we're almost blessed by God. The Lord will carry you in your time of hardship.. I don't mean to offend anyone with this.. if this does I apologize.. God Bless
