Look after you knees... I just had an ACL re-construction and it sucks arse... Not only is it expensive, you go mental cos you have all this steam built up that is hard to let off... argh!

Ok, I have been at work for 2.5 hours and I haven't done anything...

I don't know what the problem is... I used to be really motivated, but I just can't seem to get into it any more... Thank god snow is coming.

I fear this may be my last Journal entry before my core membership runs out...
