log on lime wire and get the song(s) you want. then (still in limewire) go to library. in the middle of the page on the left beside the refresh button, click 'explore'.  Your 'Shared' folder should pop up with your downloads.  Drag the songs you want to the folder on the left that says 'My Music". then open iTunes. Go to File>Import. click the songs you want and open them. Done!

First open Limewire also itunes

Second goto the library tap in limewire (3rd in line)

Third you should now see a list of songs

Fourth click on one of the songs so it is highlighted

Fifth click on the song highlighted and drag the song to the itunes tab

Sixth still draging the song move it to the ipod icon and let go

Your done!
