sorestgore Posts : 7 ONLINE	Posted on Apr 08, 2007 I drive a 1972 Chevy C10 Stepside that i bought for $400. within 2 months of purchasing the truck, the stock 350 was ditched in favor for a 454 with full edelbrock intake/carb/exhaust setup, and a 5-speed manual out of a 91 chevy truck. not pleased with the 610 crank-horses i was getting, i designed a custom, remote-mount twin-turbocharger setup using Garret T13 turbochargers. this produced 1102 crank-horsepower, and 995 horsepower/ 850 lb/ft of torque at the wheel. i wanted more, and nitrous injection was added, giving a final 1405 crank horse, but also cracked the block and threw 2 rods. anyone have a 454 to sell? i'll trade the built 350 i have!

sorestgore Posts : 7 ONLINE	Posted on Apr 15, 2007 $400 for the truck originally, and i've only put $360 more on it, for a new windshield, basic seals and gaskets. i got the turbo's for free, along with the original 454, and everything else i machined, cast, or fabricated myself in my shop so shove it [Edited by sorestgore on 4/15/2007 at 5:11 PM]

playboy2011 Posts : 6 OFFLINE	Posted on May 02, 2007 i drive a hertz olds with 545hp with a slap shifter, it used to be on the strip. i thought that a classic should not be tore up like that so toke it off. if you don't believe me i can send pics. it used to be redi switch the color to silve i am getting the interior done at a+ auto interiors in kc mo it is still a work in progress i got another engine that is being rebuilt it is my favorite car i also have a 68 corvette that i am going to sell it is completely stock i am getting that interior done a a+ also so rigth no i have nuthing to drive it sucks
