WTB: 454 BBC engine

i am looking for a carburated 454 BB chevy engine.  carb, intake, and exhaust are not necessary, but heads must be in good shape.

willing to trade a dismantled 350 SB chevy engine with Edelbrock 750 carburator, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold,  DynaMax performance headers, MSD ingition with full plugs and wires, and a TH350 transmission can be included
