logikly Posts : 1254 ONLINE	Posted on Apr 20, 2007 Yeah well i'm bored at work and no one else is on to entertain me so i'm thinking, lets liven up the responsability dodgers thread... i'll try to find an adult subjet to discuss and we can make this thread a dedicated dicussion on adult issues... Ok here goes, my birthday is coming up next month, i'll be 29. Getting close to that big 3.0. I aint scared cuz I went through the OMG I'M GETTING OLD thing around the age of 26, now i'm actualy happy to be growing up into a cough respectable adult. Yes I still watch cartoons on the wb on saturday morning, yes i'm still a student, yes i'll call in sick to go ride, yes I still play in the dirt, yes i'll flirt with 16yo (is that wrong?) yes I drive a huge monster jeep, yes I eat pop tards, yes I still play with my ps2 way to much, yes I like japanese anime & porn, yes i'll make the lineup to buy the new harry potter book & to see spiderman 3. But hey, i'm a grown man as well....

tjc1 "Sexy man" Posts : 3384 ONLINE	Posted on Apr 20, 2007 nothing wrong with any of that man. i call out sick to ride, i think anyone passionate about the sport has done it (especially powder days). i still ride shopping carts at the grocery store, i still make an ass out of myself in public places. i'm almost 25 and dont really skate anymore but i still find myself looking for places that would be rad to skate. every piece of concrete is still judged on a skateable factor. meh, i dont wanna grow up.

Riding shoping carts is such a good idea, i forgot about that.... see there was a point to this thread.... now I have 1 more activity to perform while i'm at a supermarket....

Posts : 3865 ONLINE	Posted on May 07, 2007 hmmm.. yes... mature?... who needs it. i'm 26... just quit my job at a fucking mall... but i do need to grow up a bit... thinking i will soon... living with my girlfriend now.. think we're going to look at buying a house together.... i'd say thats growing up a bit... oh, as for shopping carts... yeah.. you can be mature and play with them... and be mature and wear purple plaid pants... with green and brown shoes... i'm classy.. what can i say...

I'm in my 2nd house and I've just began my career (like an actual career, not just a job). I found that I still think like a 15 yr old (many of you may be able to attest to this). Luckily being involved w/ youth ministry, I have an "excuse" to act like a teenager!

How come i didn't get invited to the virtual threesome sesh last night till 4am? I don't feel loved :( I turn 24 next month...so i guess i'm still allowed to be a kid at heart although i'm still bummed that renting cars cost more. But on a serious note...my family keeps bugging me about when i will become a teacher (which i do want to do eventually) and right now i'm sooo content with my year round resort job that lets me snowboard without any real responsibilities...so i keep telling them when i settle down is when i'll go into teaching...haha like that's gonna happen :) [Edited by shayboarder on 5/17/2007 at 9:18 AM]
