shayboarder "Represent!" Posts : 6252 OFFLINE	Posted on Sep 05, 2007 Yep colonies is back up and has had some glitches going on. But it seems to be running smoothly. It doesn't seem like we'll be able to get the data that was lost between June and August.

helseth08 Posts : 54 OFFLINE	Posted on Dec 25, 2007 All the memory on the site got erased and they had to switch their database, so that took like an extra 3 weeks, and they still are having problems getting the chat and IM features running. Plus all the moderators have changed so we lost all of our really dedicated guys . I don't know if they are still really trying to get the chat back up, it seems they aren't. We can only hope it gets back up soon, I miss it.

Posts : 1593 OFFLINE	Posted on Dec 28, 2007 alright ladies if you want the "official" scoop on the chat situation i have it... the crash happend which also means that the flash communication servers went down (the thing that runs the chat). and right now they have to fix the flash communication server again and as far as i know and heard (from coporate people) there really isn't anyone working on that right now so it'll be awhile yet before chat is up and running Thanks, -- Mgmnt

But its a long haul getting things back to normal so good luck chaps! And may the force be with you. (the sooner the better cause i wanna see bewbz!)

Posts : 1593 OFFLINE	Posted on Dec 30, 2007 alright i have an update on the chat thing, it was actually up and running for about 4 hours about a week ago, then crashed again. there is people working on it now so it could be up this week or next month. actually this is a quote from one of the people workin on it "It could be fixed this week or next month. Hopefully soon." so keep the fingers crossed, i haven't been able to say the BEWBZ or STFU in months and i'm getting quite edgy over the situation, and yes.... i bite
