*sigh* i heard the kids who are called 'emos' are very emotional and cut themselves. i USED to cut. i got caught and i was made to stop. sure, i am emotional. sure, i was emo. am i still 'emo' if i dont cut? i never got the total meaning.

I love music like punk, pop-punk(some of it), punk rock, emo, screamo, hardcore, indie, post-hardcore...
Bands: Blindside, Good Charlotte, Billy Talent, Escape The Fate, Switchfoot, Underoath, Silverchair, Armor For Sleep. And I could go on forever. :P
And please don't think that I'M emo just because I like that kind of music. that's just stupid.

number1ccp Hey everybody what's your favorite type of music? My personal favorite is any type of rock mainly Hardcore/Ska but I can listen to just about anything. Rap can be at some times. Country is also ok. But most of the time is just pure rock! I am a drummer so you really can't play to those other types of music cause country is just mainly guitar and softer drums and rap is all virtually created using synths and other computer prdoucts. Rock is the one music that actually takes a lot of skill to make you have to get the timing just right the guitars, the drums, the bass, and the singing all has to mix with a good flow otherwise it does not sound right in fact it sounds like crap! i like a lot of diffrent kinds of music rock rap regetone exc..... but mainly rock i like the dead kenedys suficate and stuff like that but i hate emo shit like green day and panic at the disco rap is ok if you can dance to it and regetone i like b/c its in my natural language

I would call myself a Christian, yet Christian-Rock may possibly be the worst musical creation known to date - my friend Josh put it quite simply - "Christian Rock sucks because there is absolutely no quality control - who is going to boo a band off a stage if they're singing about Jesus?"
And by the way, emo and what is now called punk comes in a very close second in crapiness to Christian Rock!

I listen to all types of music, depending on the mood I'm in. I try not to be to judgemental. I just found this new website called Pandora.com. If you've never heard of it I would recommend checking it out. It's an Internet radio site with a unique twist to it. You get to create your own radio stations based on either a song or artist you like, the site automatically plays similar songs, and you can manipulate the station to be tailor made for yourself. You can create as many stations you want.
yahoo radio lets you do this too...it's semi-interesting, but I'll have to try pandora one of these days too.
