why not? where did this greater power of your's simple 'pop up' from?
The world works too perfectly to just have been made by a giant explosion.
but you are looking at that with hindsight. nothing nitended to make a planet, flora or fauna or humankind, it just so happens that it occurred and it occurred here.
considering how many stars there are, each with so many planets orbiting them, any of which could have the right situation for life to come into existence, it isn't such a long shot after all!
Yeah science explains a lot of things, but what explains science? God
how so?
the issue of our being here purely to procreate is interesting; we are able to live beyond the age of reproduction thanks (in part) to our medical technologies which our evolution could never have predicted.
this however is of some benefit, because being social creatures that require tremendous nurture when growing up, this makes our own likelihood of survival even better.
