i have bad acne, can somone help me out? i have troubles sitting down!

since this is in the red carpet section... there is allways this infomercial on TV about ProActiv acne solution and how all the big celebrity's use it.. give that sh*t a try

drink loads of water watch the food u eat and get plenty of fresh air wash with a body or facial scrub twice a day

proactiv really does work but only if you're willing to use it everyday the only downside is it's like$60 for a full month trial(i mean if you want everything and just the starter stuff and you'll need everything) that's it though proactiv rocks.

Mk..I never really get acne all that much. I mean, every now and then I'll have one pop up..but all I have to tell ya is........don't drink softdrinks or eat chocolate. Also, if u use makeup...use the kind without oil and someone told meh if u just use rubbing  alcohol it'll help alot too....use daily. I'd say every morning and every night.

ok first of all. studies have shown that what you eat and drink has absolutely nothing to do with your acne, with the exception of drinking alot of water. that makes your skin in general look better. next i would say if you have health insurance go see a dermatologist and they will give you some really powerful prescriptions. i had some issues with my acne about a year ago so i started going to the dermatologist and it did the trick (retin a micro, and something with benzoyl peroxide, as well as an antibiotic) i notice that i get worse around that time of the month(sorry guys! hah) but other than that my skin has stayed pretty clear. if you cant afford to go to the dermatologist, try proactiv it should help you tremendously.

get a microderm abrasion. eat healthy. wash your face twice every day

use proactive first thn use clearasil daily. if it doesnt wrk u can kill me.

proactive works with most people but i heard proactive gave someone i no a break out.
